All Aquavela participants must sign a waiver before their first session. Waivers are signed electronically before you arrive.

You are in adequate health to engage in physical activity.
You understand the inherent risks involved in watersports.
You assume full responsibility for personal safety and property.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Any adult signing on behalf of a minor affirms legal authority.
When to sign
Waivers must be signed electronically or in person before any lessons, rentals, or guided activities. First-time students should sign before arriving at the marina. If you haven't signed by session day, you'll sign at the dock before launching.
Students under 18
A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for any student under 18. The signing adult must be present at the session or have completed the waiver prior to the student arriving. Contact us with questions: info@aquavela.surf.
