Terms of Service | Aquavela

By booking a lesson, purchasing a product, or using the Aquavela website, you agree to these terms. Aquavela is operated by Musi Social LLC, Lake Fairview Marina, Orlando, FL 32804.

Lesson Bookings

All lesson bookings require full payment at time of booking.
A signed waiver is required before any lesson, rental, or guided activity. See /waiver for details.
Students must be in adequate physical health to participate. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to swim or engage in physical activity, consult your physician before booking.
Minimum age for windsurfing lessons: 12 years old. Minimum age for SUP: 8 years old.
Students under 18 require a parent or guardian waiver signature.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of session: 50% refund, or credit toward a future session.
No-shows: no refund.
Weather cancellations: if Aquavela cancels due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full credit or refund. Aquavela monitors forecasts and will contact you as early as possible.
Weekday Coaching Program: bad weather sessions are rescheduled within the same month and do not count against your monthly session total.

Equipment and Gear

All equipment included in lesson prices is provided for instruction purposes. Use during booked sessions only.
Damage to equipment caused by negligence or reckless behavior may be charged to the student. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
Wear appropriate swimwear and footwear as advised by your instructor before each session.

Store and Gift Cards

All store sales are final except in cases of defective items. Contact info@aquavela.surf within 30 days of receipt.
Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable.
Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by Printful. Shipping and fulfillment times are Printful's standard timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Watersports involve inherent risks. By participating in Aquavela activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks as outlined in the waiver you sign prior to participation. Aquavela and Musi Social LLC are not liable for injuries or losses resulting from participation in our programs beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
