Lessons & Experiences
Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings close 48 hours before the lesson start time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours before your lesson: Full refund (100%) or free reschedule.

24–48 hours before your lesson: 50% refund or free reschedule.
-
Less than 24 hours before your lesson: 100% cancellation fee (no refund), no reschedule.
-
No-shows will be charged the full lesson amount.
Guest Flexibility

If you’re visiting from out of town and can’t reschedule, we’ll provide a refund.

Local guests are offered rescheduling only.
Weather & Safety

Your safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather or conditions, we’ll reschedule your lesson at no extra cost or issue a rain-check voucher.

We’ll notify you as early as possible if this occurs.
Arrival & Lesson Duration

Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your lesson.

Lessons end at the scheduled time if there are other bookings. If the schedule allows, your instructor may extend the session at their discretion.
Special Conditions by Lesson Type

Group Lessons: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we may reschedule or convert to a private lesson at an adjusted rate.

Club Hours: Non-refundable. May be rescheduled within the active package period only.

Private Lessons: Flexible rescheduling permitted at instructor’s discretion within the above timeframes.
Merchandise

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Gift Certificates & Packages

Non-refundable unless AquaVela cannot fulfill the service within 12 months of purchase.

Extensions may be granted in special circumstances.
