All participants must sign a waiver before participating in water-based activities. By participating, you acknowledge that:
 

• You are in adequate health to engage in physical activity

• You understand the inherent risks involved in watersports

• You assume full responsibility for personal safety and property

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

• Any adult signing on behalf of a minor affirms that they have the legal authority to do so
   

Waivers must be signed electronically or in person before any lessons, rentals, or guided activities.
